What is your check-in and check-out time?
Standard check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM noon. Early check-in and late check-out are available based on availability — contact our concierge team at the time of booking to arrange.
Do you offer parking?
Yes. Complimentary valet parking is available for all guests with a dedicated Pearl attendant. Self-parking is also available in the adjacent Gaslamp Quarter garage at a discounted rate for hotel guests.
Is the hotel pet-friendly?
We welcome well-behaved pets under 25 lbs in our Deluxe King rooms with a one-time $75 cleaning fee. Our concierge can arrange dog-walking services, pet-friendly restaurant recommendations, and nearby pet supply delivery.
What is the cancellation policy?
Standard reservations may be cancelled without penalty up to 48 hours before arrival. Penthouse and event bookings require 14-day notice for a full refund. Rate-specific policies apply to promotional and non-refundable bookings.
